Grouped Categories stacked bar chart in d3.js

I need to create stacked bar chart with grouped x axis using D3. I have sample scripts in highcharts, But i need the same chart in D3 chart. In the highchart it was bar chart, but i need the same with D3 stacked bar chart. Here is the link i am following http://blacklabel.github.io/grouped_categories/

is anyone done the same? Please help me.
