San Francisco neighborhoods GeoJSON

Looking for a GeoJSON file delineating SF neighborhoods. Any clues where to look?

I googled "sf neighborhoods shapefile" which took me to data.sfgov.org
where I found this promising result:

 I will attempt to convert the shapefile to JSON. Meanwhile, I also found a geoJSON from the backend of this demo:

You can convert them directly to TopoJSON without needing GDAL.
