This email is being sent by the 2019-2020 Division 28 South Lieutenant Governor, Megen Lopez.

Unfortunately, I've been feeling sick and under the weather lately - but I hope you guys are staying warm in the weather! Also, there hasn't been a lot of upcoming news- but I hope to see you all this Tuesday at Desert Oasis for the December DCM! 

The following will be discussed in this email (highlighted information is new or updated):

• Conclave Delegate Registration 
• D28S Ice Skating Social
• CNH DCON Presenters Application

Conclave Delegate Registration

Conclave is over a month away! We are in need for 2 delegates from each club to vote on the next elected Lieutenant Governor. It is highly recommended that the delegates are not seniors, and that they will hold an officer position for the 2020-2021 term. The link to sign up is here, all delegates are expected to sign up by January 18th! 

CNH DCON Presenters Application

DCON "Service is Out There" is only four months away! Applications for presenters are out, and you can apply at tinyurl.com/DCONApp2020! Please keep in mind that all presenters will have to go through a short interview, and that there is a maximum of 4 presenters per workshop. 

December Division Council Meeting

It's the happiest DCM of the year! And we have a white elephant members and officers could participate in as well, just fill out the google form linked above! Spread some joy, enjoy a potluck, and bond with members within Division 28 South! 

If participating in White Elephant, please don't forget your wrapped gift!

Here are the Logistics:

When: December 10, 2019 | 5:00-6:00 PM *please arrive early!

Where: Desert Oasis High School | 6600 W Erie Ave, Las Vegas, NV 89141

Dress Code: Holiday Casual (pajamas, ugly sweaters– just keep it CCSD dress code!)

*Keep in mind the maximum of 12 attendees per club!

D28S Ice Skating Social

In honor of the winter season, Division 28 South is finally hosting a social! Come join and interact with members across the division through a fun festive event.

Here are the logistics:

When: December 21, 2019 | 1-4 PM. 

Where: Las Vegas Ice Rink | 9295 W Flamingo Rd #130, Las Vegas, NV 89147

The ERF is attached to the email. If wanting to attend, your club must fill out the ERF (one submission per club). Please keep in mind the 12:1 chaperone ratio. 

Please submit the ERF by December 1, 2019 to hlsa...@gmail.com and me, d28s.cn...@gmail.com.
