I like it.  Someone other than me should redo all the bestiary monsters in this new format.  It can't be all that much work.

Heh. Well if we had a proper db of monsters and a way to spit them out and apply css on the fly we could do something but... yeah.

Hey if we weren't on Google Sites, we could maintain and update our own DB and have the output laid out in a customizeable fashion, but... yeah.

PS I much prefer our own clean looking format to that aberration. But anyone that didn't see that coming hasn't been paying attention :P

When I was growing up, I was told by my elders that if I didn't have
anything good to say, I shouldn't say anything at all.

Here's what I have to say about this page redesign:

That is all.

been a while ot get back to this. Personally I don't like the new look and don't see a point in changing the current look.

I believe the term is: "If it ain't broke, don't fix."

Just as an FYI, the build out of Treerazer in the BB format was just an example of what a high-CR monster would look like in that format. I had (and have) no intention of switching to that format.

Do I think that there are SOME benefits that could be gained from cleaning up the existing format? Certainly. Do I think the BB format accomplishes what I'd like to do if I were redesigning monster stat blocks? Not really.

To quote Scott Adams, "Normal people don't understand this concept; they believe that if it ain't broke, don't fix it. Engineers believe that if it ain't broke, it doesn't have enough features yet."

Clearly, we need more engineers and less grumpy old men in this group.  ;)
