Dear District 2 Neighbors,

Your campaign efforts last November were significant to bring a new administration to city hall and we are asking you to once again extend support for a Town Hall meeting on April 30, 10 am - 1230 pm, at Regeneration Church Gymnasium.  Attached is the outreach flyer with address for you to download and share with your neighbors block by block. 

You are also invited to help with the planning.  The next Block by Block Organizing Network will meet this Thursday April 7, 6:30 pm at the Humanist Hall, 390 27th Street between Telegraph and Broadway 94612.

Other ways to assist in the planning in the coming weeks are to plug in with the preparation.  Please contact the people in charge of that element of the event.

1.  Facilitation - we will be breaking up by neighborhood and you can facilitate or record in your respective breakout groups.  (Lailan Huen, laila...@gmail.com, Kazu Haga <emai...@gmail.com>)
2.  Food - solicit, pick up and deliver, set up, serve, and cleanup for brunch and lunch (Kiernan Rok, kiern...@gmail.com)

The planning group will be meeting once more before the town hall at Regneration to finalize logistics and program details, date and time to be determined at our April 7 discussion.  Please join us, spread the word and we can certainly use your help on Saturday April 30!

Hello folks Pam Drake and I are planning a door to door outreach using precinct lists this Sunday April 17th at 1 pm meeting in front of the Regneration Church at 258 E 15th Street. We will walk the areas right around the church in the East Lake. In addition we will be walking on weekdays evenings the following week as well and Saturday April 23 afternoon as well. .  Please let us know if you can join us. Taking Back Oakland block by block.
