Revised District 2 Flyer, A's Flyer. Need email lists. :)

Hi all!

Attached is a revised District 2 Town Hall Flyer AND a flyer advertising "A Day with the A's" a raffle for children aged 10-18 who attend the District 2 Town Hall. They MUST be present to win. :)

Just a couple of reminders on happenings with District 2 Planning (just in case you didn't understand all the previous emails):

1. Sunday April 17th 1pm, there will be a walk through the neighborhood around Regeneration Church (238 E. 15th Street) to pass out flyers and encourage neighbors! 

2. The final meeting will be on Wednesday April 20 @ 7pm, meeting at Regeneration (238 E15th St), in the gym across the street from the sanctuary.  During this time we will review the final Program Agenda, walk the facility, and finalize logistics. 

If you cannot attend the meeting, please email Kathy Dwyer (kath...@aol.com) and share where you can help:

- Registration

- food

- facilitation/break out session

- Resource Fair

- translation & translation equipment

- clean up

Please come and help out. We need all the help we can get!

Side Note: I need help with contact information for schools and churches within District 2. As a matter of fact ANY email list that you have, can you send it to me (Tonya Love tdl...@gmail.com), so I can do email blasts?  I would REALLY appreciate it. :)

The first flyer had the incorrect address, the  correct address is 238 E 15th St and the most recent flyer has the correct address.  Everyone should have received the most recent flyer yesterday.

The new attached flyer (Dist 2 Revised.jpeg , or pdf) has the correct address, 238 E. 15th.

FYI: to D2 googlegroup members. If you feel you are getting too many emails you can adjust your email notification settings by

1. going to the D2 Town Hall googlegroup page: http://groups.google.com/group/d2-townhall
2. In the far right column click "edit my membership"
3. Choose a selection under "How do you want to read this group". You can opt to get a digest at the end of the day or no emails at all.

For authors of emails, in order to avoid sending emails to everyone, remove D2-to...@googlegroups.com from the "To" section when you hit reply and just leave the particular individuals email.

Darn, I made about 75 of the original, maybe I will just write it in, and use the next leaflet now. Is anybody making thousands of them or should I make them here for Sunday?  Floyd
