However, all I did was talk about it..It was those who helped provide food, a place, supplies and planning agenda that did the real hard work. I thank you guys for allowing me to be a part of it. :)

Are you kidding me?  Your outreach work in the community was the single most important task; putting on the event is secondary, in my opinion.
