May 7 District 2 Town Hall Planning Meeting

Dear All,

 

Attached is the beginning of an agenda for the upcoming meeting.  Please note there are numerous needs to be filled and I would appreciate it if as many people as possible can attend the meeting this Thursday May 7 at the Humanist Hall, 390 27th Street between Telegraph & Broadway 94612.

 

If you really cannot join us but know where you want to be involved, please send me an email at kath...@aol.com and I will put you into the planning grid.

 

To date there have been 3 very successful Town Hall meetings in Oakland and it takes many people on hand to make these events run smoothly and successfully.  We are now reaching crunch time, so please join in and also bring your friends and neighbors to both the planning meeting and actually Town Hall on April 30.

I'm so sorry, yes the meeting is APRIL 7, not May 7.

6:30 pm for the Genereal ASsembly about BBBON city wide, and about 7:30 for the town hall planning discussions. Please come for the whole meeting, Floyd Huen for BBBON Steering Committee.
