Thank you for calling me back so quickly so we could discuss the upcoming Salvation Army project at 1907 Suburban Avenue, St. Paul, MN. Please find attached the preliminary:

The Salvation Army plans to use the existing building pretty much as it is for retail sales. They need a space for drop-off donations and they would like to add a drive-through drop-off onto the north side of the building. A drive-through is acceptable in the T2 Zoning District, but requires a Conditional Use Permit. We hope to submit our conditional use permit package to the city next Thursday, February 26th, but would like to get your input before we submit.
