So as it turns out, the Peace Palace (Transcendental Meditation place) has been vacant for a while (never successful...) - unbeknownst to me... and a rehab facility for drug and alcohol users is coming in. I am meeting with them at one of their facilities in my home neighborhood tomorrow to see what they do and what they would like to do at this facility.

Just wanted to give everyone a heads up. They are called Transitions (of Saint Paul)...
