Community Plan comments

Hi all,

I've attached the staff comments about our plan with my draft responses in red.  Please review this and let me know the following:

1) Do you fully agree, partly agree, or disagree with my responses?

2) Do you have further comments to the staff response?

3) Do you have any further general input for this final round of drafting before I make updates and resubmit?

4) Specific to the policy on conversion of riverfront industrial to housing, do you prefer to water down our language or eliminate it entirely?

To give a brief overview of my responses, I almost completely agree with all grammatical and semantic changes, I reject almost all HPC language that would bind us and our residents to a lot of preservation activities, and I am staying firm on the Totem Town language.

I'd like to submit this back to the city by Monday if possible.
