Reminder: Meeting Tuesday April 14

The Land Use Committee is scheduled to meet next Tuesday, April 14 at 5:30p at our office.

Andrea (our consultant) will have a new draft of the community plan ready for us.

Tim Herman, formerly of East Side Area Business Association, would like to talk about a Transit and Economic Development Summit he would like to plan

and we need to talk about the Cemstone site and the proposal by Twin Cities Academy - no confirmation yet that they will actually come to the meeting.

A huge agenda. I can tell Tim that he has only 10 minutes to make his pitch for seed money for his summit, if that helps. And another 10 minutes for Twin Cities Academy...

We also need to have someone step up to be a recorder of these meetings so that we can publish minutes on the blog...
