Hello Division 14!
This is a quick update email reminding you all of the upcoming due dates and events (there's a lot in September). I know some of these came up pretty fast, but please do try to be proactive and get all the correct paperwork filled out. I have attached a calendar containing all the dates to help!

***Please be sure to read the directions on the order form very carefully and send a scanned copy of the form and payment in time to be received by FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 21ST***
If possible, please send the completed order form and check by Wednesday, September 19th. If this is not, please contact me. The order form is below with all the prices for our t-shirts and the address of where to send everything. If you have any questions, please ask!
Also, t-shirt sales are a great fundraiser for the Pediatric Trauma Program! A $1 donation or rounding the cost of your shirt for PTP is highly suggested but of course OPTIONAL. The PTP donation form is also attached below.
The price of our spirit item (buttons) will be released as soon as I receive word. Thank you for your patience!
September DCM
Our September DCM will be on September 21st at Live Oak High School in the cafeteria! We also will be having our Spirit Training Conference to learn our cheers and be prepared for Region Training Conference! See you there!

I recently sent an email with instructions on how to preregister for RTC. If you did not receive this email, please contact me immediately. The preregistration forms have been attached below.
Please use the Word document or print out the PDF to fill out each member's name, grade, and any food restrictions. After you've done this, please upload the form to this Google form !! You must pay for all preregistered members no matter if they show up the morning of. That being said, you can always find someone to take their place. Advisors should bring the total amount of money for all preregistered and non-registered members.
Our joint Region Training Conference will be held on September 29th at Pleasant Grove High School in Elk Grove. There will be presentations hosted on officer duties, Key Club origins, how to be a leader, and many other topics! This is also a great opportunity to show off your spirit!
Clubs will be required to bring their own chaperones following the mandatory 1:12 ratio. The pricing is $7.00 if you pre-register and $10.00 if you pay onsight. See you there!
