Hello Division 14!

Again, this is a smaller update email just giving some reminders about all our events in September!

September DCM

Our September DCM is this Friday at Live Oak High School in the cafeteria! We also will be having our Spirit Training Conference to learn our cheers and get ready for Region Training Conference! The agenda is attached below. 

When: Friday, September 21st, 5:00pm
Where: Live Oak High School, 2351 Pennington Rd, Live Oak, CA 95953

Region Training Conference

Presidents! If I have spoken with you, Friday is now the last possible day to preregister members for RTC. Also, after learning of some confusion, you are not sending the money for RTC anywhere. Simply bring it with you the morning of and register any members that are paying the $10. I recommend members turn in their money beforehand so the advisor can handle it all at once. 

Please use the Word document or print out the PDF to fill out each member's name, grade, and any food restrictions. After you've done this, please upload the form to this Google form !! You must pay for all preregistered members no matter if they show up the morning of. That being said, you can always find someone to take their place.

Our joint Region Training Conference will be held on September 29th at Pleasant Grove High School in Elk Grove. There will be presentations hosted on officer duties, Key Club origins, how to be a leader, and many other topics! This is also a great opportunity to show off your spirit!

Clubs will be required to bring their own chaperones following the mandatory 1:12 ratio. The pricing is $7.00 if you pre-register and $10.00 if you pay onsight. See you there!

When: Saturday, September 29th, 9:30am-4:00pm

            Registration: 9:00am-9:30am *BEE sure to arrive early!*

T-Shirts

UPDATE: The money for t-shirt orders may be submitted later if necessary. For now, focus on getting the amount of t-shirts figured out and then email the completed order form to me preferably by Friday, September 21st. Of course, if this is not possible, please let me know.

Also, t-shirt sales are a great fundraiser for the Pediatric Trauma Program! A $1 donation or rounding the cost of your shirt for PTP is highly suggested but of course OPTIONAL. If you do end up raising the prices of t-shirts, you must announce the flat rate and the donation amount separately. Members can choose to make the donation or not.

The price of our spirit item (buttons) will be released as soon as I receive word. Thank you for your patience!
