Goals Update
As you know, at the beginning of the term I set three goals:
- 5,000 Service Hours
- 400 Dues Paid Members
- $1000 Raised for Service
Here are our current standings as of July 5th:
- 1,051 Service Hours
- 336 Dues Paid Members (this number will change when dues for the new term can be submitted on October 1st)
- $210 Raised for Service
I am so proud of what we have already accomplished! Keep up the good work and remember to tell your secretary your hours!
July DCM & Olympics
Our July DCM is coming up! After our meeting, we will hold our annual Summer Olympics! Please be sure to wear appropriate footwear and clothes you don't mind getting wet!
When: July 21st, 2018 10:00am-12:00pm
Where: Hillcrest Park, 900 McCall Ave, Yuba City, CA 95991
Mascot
Thank you so much to those who voted in the last few days! I have attached a poll with the top choices as there was not a clear majority on the first round. All votes must be turned in by July 21st, 6:00pm!
Since we will be having a new mascot, a design contest is needed! This will be held from the 21st to July 30th! Please submit any artwork as a vector file and of course, less colors is better when it comes to purchasing t-shirts.

T-Shirt Design
In the coming weeks, our division shirts will be ordered which means we need a design! Once the mascot poll has ended and a new design has been created, a t-shirt design contest will run from July 30th to August 18th!

CNH Video Media Department Applications
The deadline for applying to be apart of an amazing group of hardworking individuals has been extended! Apply by July 20th 6:00pm to be considered for the CNH District Video Media Department in promoting and advertising district projects and initiatives. Members would create publications for the CNH social medias and Youtube channel to better educate and communicate to the district.
Region Training Conference
At our last DCM, we decided to join Region 16 in Sacramento for our annual RTC! More details are to come.
Spotlight on Service Program
Each month the Service Projects Committee chooses a theme for service and this month's is BEE Clean, CNH! Some potential service projects are community cleanups and recycling drives.
August's theme is Children's Education! Holding school supply drives and volunteering to read to young kids are great ways to participate, especially as the new school year approaches!
Division Leadership Team
I would like to proudly announce the appointments of Division Spirit Coordinator, Kelsey Smith and Executive Assistant, Brooke Ausselet! We are excited to serve the division and have an amazing term!
