To achieve you goals, it takes a constant effort and the ability to
not quite at what you are trying to do. It might take days, months, or
even years to achieve your goals, but without a constant effort to
keep persuing them, you will never achieve them. There are many
example of this in everyday life, and many different people that
showcase this ability to achieve goals and never quite. Some examples
of people like this are Michael Jordan, the best basketball player to
ever play, and J.K. Rawling, the author of the Harry Potter series.

Michael Jordan is a good example of somebody that never stopped
persuing their goals because of the challenges he was faced with.
Michael Jordans goal was to always play in the NBA, and this goal was
definatly not easily achieved. There are sources that said he never
even made his high school basketball team, but he didnt give up when
this happened. He kept practicing, and eventually made it to playing
basketball at a colleigent level. He played at North Carolina
University, and then made it to the NBA. After years of playing in the
NBA and claiming many championships, he is now known as the best or
one of the best players to ever play the game. Michael Jordan persuide
his goals for years on end, and with blood, sweat, and tears, achieved
these goals.

J.K. Rawling is a good example of someone that persuid their goals for
years on end, and it finally payed off. J.K. Rawling is known as one
of the most famous authors of all time, and is famous for writing the
Harry Potter series. What we know today as one of the most successful
book series ever written did not start this way. When J.K. Rawling
wrote the first book to the series, she was declined by several
publishers, but this did not stop her. With consistant persuing of the
dream, she finally got published, and is now where she is today, with
millions and millions copies of Harry Potter sold. J.K. Rawling is a
good example of someone that never gives up on their goals and keeps
on trucking no matter how much rejection is faced.

Goals are not something you set to achieve easily and just move on
from. Goals are something you set for once you do achieve them, you
feel like you have actually accomplished something. Two people that
didnt have easy goals to achieve but would not give up on them were
Michael Jordan and J.K. Rawling. No matter how many obsticals they
faced, they trucked on, making them legendary today. Goals can take
days, months, or years to achieve, but once you do finally achieve
them, you have achieved personal greatness.

Dreams of a Child
As a child, every kid sets a goal that he or she strives to accomplish
throughout the duration of their life. Some boys dream of a life
playing baseball or running into burning houses in order to save lives
while girls want to be married with kids by a certain age. The goals
set as children are to be worked towards and achieved with time;
however these goals take more than effort and time, they also take
perseverance and motivation.
A great example or working toward a goal over time is Mr. President
Obama. President Obama did not wake up one morning in his adult live
and decide that he would run for President. Over time he took several
steps in order to get the proper education to become President. He
moved around with his mother a lot, attending several private schools
along the way. In 1988 Obama decided that attending the top notch,
Harvard Law School, in order to become a better and more informed
civilian. His efforts to become president did not stop for his Law
education. During his time at Harvard Obama worked as an associate in
several law firms including Sidley & Austin and Hopkins & Sutter.
Obama’s time being an associate led to his confidence in the idea that
he could persuade conservatives to vote for him, if he were to run for
President.
Success not only takes time but also takes endurance. High School
grad, Jeremy Sicile-Kira proved that. Since birth, Jeremy was born
with server Autism and unable to speak. At the beginning of High
School Jeremy formed a goal for himself; a goal to graduate high
school. With the support of his family and friends, he endured him
impairments while using a message board and taking special classes.
His high school career composed of enduring seven years in order to
reach his goal. Jeremy graduated receiving a 3.5 GPA and was even
asked to give a speech at graduation. Jeremy’s goal was no short-term,
easy to reach goal. His goal took endurance, perseverance, and like
Obama’s; time.
Obama and Jeremy set their goals and strived to reach them, through
every obstacle and every year. All goals are achievable with effort,
time, endurance and perseverance.
