Intro- In Suzanne Collins best selling series "The Hunger Games", the
main characters, Peeta and Katniss are set up as complete opposites.
Katniss Everdeen is a teenage girl who has taken charge as the
dominate member of her poverty stricken family. Peeta Mellard is
opposite having lived in a middle class family who runs a bakery. They
both live in the same town until they are thrown into an arena and
forced to fight to the death. Their obvious differences thicken the
plot as Katniss's poverty shaviness help her in the arena while Peetas
middle class history weakens his chance of survival.

3- How thier differences help the story.

Conclusion-
Peeta Mellark and Katniss Everden's strong differences eventually lead
to their survival in the games and the aftermath in the following
books. Katniss's survival skills and Peeta's appreciation and calmness
work well together to create two capable teenagers who take on like
with a new humble outlook.
