Looking for Web Application Architect/Developer

We are seeking a talented, bright, and energetic professional
experienced in web application architecture, design, and development
using a Grails back-end and a Flash/Flex front-end. You will be
working with tech-minded, highly motivated, successful, and fun
people.

We are a small company who has invented a revolutionary new tool to
improve the efficiency of health care organizations. We are in the
process of fine tuning our product and are looking for somone to work
part time with us to make enhancements. Our intent is to build a
relationship with someone with the goal of having them join the team.
The growth potential for this company and position are extremely
high. The ideal candidate will have a proven record of being able to
conceptually and technically design and develop complex web
applications using Grails and employing Flash/Flex front end.

Must be an US Citizen or Permanent Resident and reside in the Dallas/
Ft.Worth area.

Skills
● knowledge of HTML, DHTML, and XML
● proficient with J2EE, Grails, Groovy, Tomcat
● knowledge of Flash/Flex/ActionScript
● Solid SQL and MySQL experience
● LINUX or UNIX experience
● Solid oral and written communication skills / ability to communicate
with clients and staff

Hourly compensation will be based on experience.
