Creating the .psd fromat from flex with php server

I have Problem in creating the ( .psd or AI )format form the Flex
Application[client] ( It Contain Images /texts/and cliparts) To php
[ this php writes these images in form of .psd or .AI format] ;

Sir Please Give Me An IDEA of This Problem; How I Have to do it

IT is Possible with PHP OR NOT
