Summary:
With the expansion of the mobile platforms the question of client-
server application integration is as timely as it has ever been. Yes,
we have seen that Flex/AIR applications can now be deployed to a vast
majority of the mobile devices, however, questions remain on the
mechanisms and technologies the client apps can use to communicate
with the server or with other apps. In this session, you will learn
about integration techniques to integrate your Flex and native mobile
apps with server-side services, databases and messaging technologies.
Demonstrations will include Android, Blackberry Playbook, Windows
Phone and iPhone/iPad devices/emulators communicating with Java
and .NET backends.
