I am looking for a Ruby on Rails Consultant in Austin. It's a 90 day

Our client is looking for a Ruby on Rails Developer in the Austin
area. They provide website development and marketing.

Experience they are looking for:
Ruby on Rails - 2-3 years
Backend development experience
Plus: Design experience working on email marketing campaigns

Our client is working in a 98% custom/inhouse environment and their
development team consists of 3-4 members. This position will not
always run on a typcial 9-5 basis.

Responsibilities:
-Optimizing, maintaining, and developing new features for an existing
Ruby on Rails website
-Improving scalability of back-end architecture to accommodate
millions of users
-Creating web-based tools to enter/manage data

Requirements:
-2-3 years experience in professional web development
-2-3 years of experience developing applications with Ruby on Rails
-Experience developer applications with Python, Java, .net or php
-Experience with AJAX. CSS, HTML, MySQL, JavaScript, PHP
-Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Web Programming
-Must work in-house and be comfortable working in close collaboration
with others
