win系统中 easy_install 如何使用

下载安装：
Get Plone for Windows (~ 26 Mb)
Windows 2000/XP/2003/Vista installer (includes everything you need)
（Plone-3.1.2.exe）
安装后，使用（easy_install命令）显示错误：Cannot find Python executable
该如何解决这个问题

说明：1. 单独安装(python-2.4.4.msi) ，可以使用easy_install来安装插件的
2. 安装（Zope-2.10.6-win32.exe+PIL-1.1.6.win32-py2.4.exe）,这样也可以使
用easy_install
补充：仅安装zope，是不能使用plone, 不安装(python-2.4.4.msi) 就不能安装
(PIL-1.1.6.win32-py2.4.exe) ，我将装好的(PIL-1.1.6.win32-py2.4.exe)的PIL copy
到(Zope-2.10.6)中对应的目录，然后就可以使用Plone了；或直接copy PIL-1.1.6 解压包--没有测试
个人观点：安装（Plone-3.1.2.exe），python-2.4.4 没有加入注册表--没有对比regedit ^)^

1、 添加一个PYTHONPATH环境变量
2、在Plone用的python版本中，安装easy_install
