 Dear Madam/Sir,

    I have installed webcouturier.dropdownmenu,and I encountered a problem in the attached file when I restarted my zope and plone. When I installed the product collective.portlet.explore I also encountered the similar problem. The configure of my plone/zope/python was as follows( words in black).  

   It confused me for 2 days so I turn to you for help!
