Scheduled maintenance for criticalzone.org, Tues 4 Nov, between 5-11 pm Pacific

Yet more downtime for criticalzone.org.  Our host SDSC will be working on server maintenance this evening sometime between 5-11 pm Pacific (8 pm - 2 am Eastern).

Fortunately, SDSC seems to have mostly recovered from last week's server hack (the czo site was an innocent bystander).  Nonetheless, there may be some further glitches for criticalzone.org as we come out of a filesystem lockdown.
