Registration of Flats at Nicolas I

Hi all Concerned

  As there is no definite information from any of the Stech Management related to Registration of Nicolas Flats which is over delayed for more than 2 years as such We feel there is a deficiency of service and have decided to go to

1. National Consumer Redressal .
2. National Disputes Tribunal
3. File a Collective Case in Allahabad Court.

Please make sure that you inform us the Current status of the OC and Registration Process or else we will take this as Builder not responding and take up to the above platforms.
