Two wheeler Parking accommodated inside the Basement

Dear All

   The two wheelers Parking has been accommodated inside the basement Parking all are requested to Park their Two wheelers inside the Basement. Further this will bring relief to:

 

1. Car Owners who were Parking and had issues in reversing their Cars due to the Two Wheelers being Parked behind their Cars now can easily reverse their Cars.
2. The Main Road will remain unblocked for Traffic flowing To and Fro to any of the Towers.
3. The Look of the Towers will also be very Good when Relatives or some Outsiders come and View the Front of your Tower.
4. As a Fire safety Norm it will become easier for the Fire Brigades to work smoothly in the event of any Fire inside the Tower as the Front of the Tower will be free from any Hurdles and will be easy to use the Hydrant. 
5. Further All the Tower Guards have been informed about the Two wheeler Parking and in case if any Resident feels any issue regarding his Two Wheeler Parking than he can reach up to any of the working Committees for solution and even to Our Forum as well.
6. Further shortly we will also issue Stickers for two wheelers as well as a Security Measure.
7. Further request Supertech Management to Keep a Security Guard Posted near the Two Wheeler Parking and also to install a Camera for the Safety and Security of the Two Wheelers.

We hope that everyone will cooperate and coordinate.
