I am reaching you out through the limited version of Emails as I am not a part of the Czar Email group  to share the High Court Order and congratulate all of you that this Win was possible because We all were on the same page might be in different groups but had same thought that was to 'Teach the Developer & GNIDA Officials " that nobody is great and above than the Buyers. The High Court Stay Order is a Jolt to Mr. R K Arora and his Associated Officials and also to GNIDA.

I can also hear that different groups and Persons are trying to announce this News may be not to take away the credit of this big event but the underlying Truth is to celebrate this Happy News being a first such News ever in the History of Czar. Further the Ground Reality is the whole Case is being steered by the Nine Person Team who have out of the world have united Together.

We have been fighting with the Builder and GNIDA for the last several years but with no results. Also the Builder & GNIDA hand in glove were using our sentiments and were black mailing us with theory's like 'CONCENT' which has a very limited legal meaning or no meaning as the real Law has a different meaning which we were able to make the Court understand and explain.

We have among our Residents very Genius , educated and Learned People but we are either not using our intellectual about what or who is Good or bad and are always being carried away by the bad elements who cannot either achieve anything or don't allow others to reach the peek and always try to misguide and the solutions are delayed.

We all have invested our Hard Money for buying our dream house but where are We ? Partial Completion or No Completion, Few are Registered and Few Unregistered, Amenities are very Limited, Chaos for Car Parking, Facilities are hopeless, Security Useless, other issues like Power & Back Up Loads are heavily Charged and above all the Increase in CAM Charges putting extra load to our Pockets.

We were helpless either gossiping, criticizing or by fighting individually with the Developer or GNIDA and both of them New Our Weaknesses and were exploiting and torturing us. There is no point criticizing We waited for long with dependencies and expectations from AOA as well but I feel everyone did his best with the available limited resources that they had but we cannot over expect from anybody.

One Mr. A K Singh is also trying to say that his docs and fights have brought this Victory but why is he unable to announce his Name on the High Court Order where it is clearly displaying the Nine Gems of Czar and if his Docs and Fights can get such Victory than why didn't he approached first to High Court and brought this Order I hope every One knows by this Time that We did our extensive Rough Work by collecting such crucial docs and approached Court and took the Order first. In future If he wants We are ready to help him Out on his Document submission so that he will never fail. We can understand how he is feeling also he is not aware who is a Czar Resident and who is a Supertech Official as such he sometimes confuses the legal system.

Most Important: what is going to happen Now as the Stay Order has come ? The One sentence Answer will be We All will be Out of the Darkness into the Bright Sun Light with Clear answers to all our queries and issues which If would have not happened to get answers now when the Builder is still Existing, and the Court  can safeguard Our Hard Money or else We will be in a heavy loss if the same thing would have occurred later after several years when the Builder would have run away and than No Court will be in a State to help us Out.

Hence Keep patience and Don't Panic as We want Happiness and Joy for all of Us in the New Year 2017.

In view of the fact that various people have been claiming credit for this definitive action against the builder/ authority nexus, we think it best to disclose those nine names who have teamed up for this Writ Petition:

We would also like to share the Court Order which our lawyer has uploaded, in which the Court has stayed all allotment and possession in Czar till the outcome of this writ.

We all will, after the Courts' decision in the matter, have total clarity as to which flats are part of the sanctioned layout and which have been constructed flouting all norms and laws. Supertech had created so much confusion that the picture, even to the Authority was also not clear. Now the suspense for all of us will be over, and one way or the other, a clear picture will emerge.

It has also been brought to our notice that AK Singh is claiming all the credit for the writ petition on Facebook and even giving interviews in the media. Hope people in Czar realise what a fraud he is and not enlist his support- LIKE THE AOA DID-for any of our problems like reduction in CAM charges, registry etc as he is not even a resident here. He has been caught on camera allegedly cutting a deal with Mr RK Arora of Supertech, and a huge sum of money allegedly changed hands. Beware of fraudsters like him, they will use you, make money and then dump you.
