  We are in receipt of your reply against our Email as below. Further to inform you as per your reply you mean to say that for getting Registration of Nicolas Flats you are blackmailing us to provide a NOC to Supertech against all objections or else the Registration is indefinite.

  Further We also condemn the meeting held between your Management and AOA who have no right to decide that Nicolas Residents will accept about whatever AOA have decided as still it is a Unregistered Body and decisions cannot be forced upon us without discussion with us.

  We look forward for a Healthy meeting and decesion with the Top Management including the CMD and We believe the same will be organised without any reasons. This is your last chance to meet and speak to Nicolas Residents or else we will make it open for all Residents of Nicolas I to feel free to decide whether they would like to Provide a NOC or else we all unitedly will Register a Complaint for deficiency of Service in National Consumer Redressal Disputes Commission. also we will file a Case at Allahabad Court Tri party between the Builder ,GNIDA as one party in over looking the Building By Laws and allowing the Builder to Construct extra FAR without taking consent from the Allottees as we have already received the FAR Calculations from GNIDA on the RTI Filed by us.

We hope that things will be taken in a positive manner and respecting the feelings of all Residents of Nicolas a meeting will be organised wherein the Nicolas Residents could decide as per Majority.

This is in response to your trail mail addressed to our Chairman. In the captioned subject of completion as well as registration process, it is clarified that the matter of issuance of completion certificate is under due process with GNIDA but we are constrained to mention that some residents have filed objections with GNIDA against issuance of completion certificate. Although, we have already submitted our reply to such objections, but the completion certificate can only be issued by GNIDA only after deciding the objections filed by such residents. These unwanted objections have already resulted in the delay of issuance of completion certificate by GNIDA. We had requested you in the past too and are again requesting you to extend your esteemed cooperation in getting the completion certificate at the earliest by withdrawing your objections already filed with GNIDA and also giving your consent for the issuance of completion certificate.

The completion matter was also discussed with the office bearers and members of CZAR AOA management committee on 07.09.2015.

We look forward to receive your consent letters so that the completion certificate may be issued by GNIDA based on such consent letters.

Hi Mr Arora

   We feel that delaying a request for meeting between Nicolas Residents and Supertech Management will surely cause more problems for Supertech. Further One good meeting might bring some solution for both Nicolas Residents and Supertech related to Registration of Nicolas Flats. In case if we don't see any definite decesion on this than the only left option will be to organise several Dharma's at Greater Noida Authority and DM Gautam Budh Nagar for Solution and Complaint against Builder. Also we may have to march forward  to Legal Platforms which surely will bring relief to all the residents but may not prove fruitful to Supertech.

  We are waiting for your communication till this Friday after which if you organise a meeting still we may not be in a position to accept the invitation.

    We feel that you are not favouring a smooth relation between Nicolas Residents and yourself as you have been expecting that NOC will be provided to you by AOA Members but for your kind information the Nicolas Residents have jointly taken a decesion that No NOC will be provided to you either through AOA or individually.

  Further we were expecting that you will organise a meeting dedicatedly for Residents of Nicolas to better understand each others problem but may be you are not doing so thinking that AOA will do the Task for you.

  All Nicolas Residents are requested not to sign any doc in favour of Supertech and let us take a Joint decesion and pump in as many complaints to GNIDA as many Residents we are at Nicolas I and also Next week let us plan a meeting with a few Legal Practitioners to understand the best option also I will organise a meeting with Joint Registrar of National Consumer Redressal Disputes Commission at Nicolas if required.

This is to inform you that we the residents of nicolas-1 have not given any right to anyone to write anybody on behalf of us.

So kindly ignore the mail trail, As far as Nicolas registry is concerned all Nicolas residents will jointly take decision.

Please do not entertain any such mails in future from anyone who writes on behalf of us.

who is this Kishan seems to be from AOA.Further for your and others clarity already this Group has discussed and had meetings with several residents and we all have agreed that we are not going to Provide any NOC to Supertech or any of his agents. Already we have a big bunch of Complaint Letters signed by our members which shortly we will float to all the Concerned departments and are least bothered about these kind of Builder agents who creep into our groups to push matters supporting the Builder. Mr Krishna Yadav you are free enough to support the Builder in whatsoever manner you want but cannot force any one of us who have been tortured by Supertech. We will file cases against the Builder in

1- National Consumer Redressal Disputes Commission for deficiency of Services.&

2- Allahabad Court for Cheating & Fraud and illegal Construction of floors.

   We are also not forcing any of the Residents but still a majority of them have agreed to support the above course of action voluntarily so those who want to sign the NOC they are at liberty to do so but Majority of us are going to fight this battle.

Any how thanks for your sometime rare activity of Supporting Builder and their agents but will be appreciable if you could support the real true humans who have suffered a lot and this common Group is fighting for the same.
