Garbage Dump in Basement Under Nicolas I

Dear Mr Goel

  I have raised this issue in Jan-2015 as well that all the Garbage of all the Towers is being Dumped under the Nicolas Tower I creating a havoc and nuisance to the Residents of Nicolas Tower.

   Always due to the Garbage Dump the area is totally stinking and all flies and Mosquitoes are breeding in and around that area. Further you had also provided the Basement Parking in the same Place which is making it unbearable.

   We feel that in the First Instance these kind of careless activities should have been monitored by your Staff who sit at Czar counting 30 days to get over and get a Salary but now things have to be taken seriously or else We may complain to the Health and sanitation Department which you may not like.

    Hence please instruct your concerned Staff to Clear off all the Garbage from the Basement and also Break that Store permanently so that the Garbage is not Dumped in side the Basement.

    We feel you have employed a large number of House Keeping staff so make it a Process that they throw out the Garbage outside the Czar Complex on a Daily Basis. 

 

The Target Date allotted by the Executive Team of Czar United Allottees Forum to resolve this issue is One Week from Now.

Further in case if the resolution is not Completed by the end of One week than We will request the Health & Sanitation Department to Visit the whole Complex and find out the Measures for such Apartments constructed by the Builders and serve notices to them for non compliances.

 

I hope things will be seriously taken before third party intervenes as you are aware that what we are asking is Our Right and what you have been asked to do is your Duty.

   We feel you reply to emails where anger is expressed might be that is your way of looking at Priority but this will make other soft spoken persons also to write to you with anger so that they will also be treated on priority but We feel you could change the world by replying to Soft emails on Priority so that all are soft spoken.

Think over it and please update when the garbage will be permanently removed from Nicolas I.

We personally visited yesterday the Basement of Nicolas Tower and found that the Garbage Dump was removed and Cleaned from the Stored Area. Further we also found that One Garbage Container each was placed under all Towers to Store the daily collected Garbage and the same will be Cleared from all Towers on a daily basis. In case if you or your staff have any issues concerning disposal of the Garbage and any help from Greater Noida Authority you can contact any of the executive Members of the Forum to assist you.
