Truthfully speaking there are No CC or OC obtained by Supertech for Nicolas 2 , Further the Officials keep giving these kind of replies that the OC/CC activity is in Process and handover the Possession demands and mint the money.

  We were also told the same thing and several of us moved in Nicolas 1 and other such Towers trusting the words of Supertech but after four years of waiting the OC and CC was not obtained by Supertech.

  As to be on a safer side we filed a Writ Petition in Allahabad Court to understand whether our Flat is Approved and we will get OC / CC or not and to safeguard Our Investment.

 The Hearing is still under process and once the decision is finalized we will come to know How many of us are going to get the OC and CC and How many of us have to ask for the refund.

Since, lot of time is passed and so you are requested to return our money with interest as applicable .

Now this CC/OC problem is becoming unbearable.

From last four year i am hearing "OC/CC is in process, and the same will be obtain soon" by Supertech. But still no OC/CC.

Not sure when we have :)
