Unapproved High Storeyed Flats and Villas at Supertech Czar Suites Plot No GS 02 Omicron I Greater Noida

Dear Sir

 

  This is to inform you that there is a heavy non compliance of construction under the Eye of the Top Greater Noida Officials as the Builder Supertech India Limited has Constructed more than 100% extra Flats without any approval from the authorities.

 Further the whole of the Society was developed with a Plan of 1000 Flats but with all sorts of mal practices the Flats were increased over to 1800 Flats. Further the Fire & safety Compliances are all ignored and the Possessions are given without receiving the Completion certificate.

  We have addressed all these serious issues several times to the Supertech Top management but they are always very cool assumed that Money works for all these Mal Practices. Further We have also informed these activities to the GNIDA Officials but feel the Complaint is thrown into a waste basket.

  This kind of malpractices and non compliances will bring in serious kind of issues as the Tall Unapproved Flats have Put a Lot of Pressure on the Foundation Beams & columns that the builder is trying to hide the same by Repairing the Beams but if by chance a Tower Falls than you can understand the Number of causalities and also if a Fire breaks in any of these  towers than again a major causality will be reported and the whole Press & Media will hold you responsible being the DM of the Place whereas the issue is of the Builder and these activities are being allowed by GNIDA Officials for best reasons known to them.

  We request your kind self to please take a immediate action in this regard and instruct the Builder to remove all the  Units where the Possession is not awarded whether Flats or Villas.

  We have tried to speak to the Builders Officials but nobody is responding and also we may move the issue into the Court after we understand your plan of action.

Hello Mr DM Gautam Budh Nagar

   There is no response on this Email and the expectations from you are very high in this Regard. The supremo of Gautam Budh Nagar the District Magistrate you have to look into our concerns as this is no joke that the Builders are so free in your Zone that they do whatever they want to do.

   We request you to please review this Scenario where the Builder Supertech Limited has constructed illegal flats more than 100% from the actual 844 Flats and due to these illegal Flats constructed the Total Flats have gone upto 1920 Flats.

 The Greater Noida Authority is also a party to this as they have allowed the Builder to do this kind of illegal construction. Further Greater Noida Authority till date has not issued any Notice regarding an explanation for these illegal Construction or have taken any action.

 Further the Towers where this kind of illegal Construction is done the Possession has been given for more than one and a half year without any OC being granted by GNIDA.

   Still there are four more Towers which Supertech is constructing along with Villas and GNIDA has never taken pains to visit the site and stop the Construction.You being the Administrative Head at Gautam Budh Nagar ,hence it becomes your onus to instruct the GNIDA to object the illegal Construction of the Builders through GNIDA.

  Please instruct and send a notice to Supertech Builder before more such Towers are illegal completed Construction and Provided Possession without any OC from GNIDA.

Also We are attaching the FAR Calculation that was Approved and also the FAR Calculation which is not Approved

  We further request the Chief Minister Shri Akhileshji and Prime Minister Shri Narender Modiji that please instruct the concerned department Heads at District Level to the DM and at Authority Level to Chairman to serve a notice in this regard where the Builder has illegally constructed more than 100% flats in Excess without OC Approval and has earned an Extra Amount of more than 500 Crores on this Project
