Manipulation of electricity Meters and Software By Supertech Builder and Digging illegal bore wells for water

Dear Honourable Chief Minister of UP,

    We would like to bring to your notice that the electricity generation and distribution has been licensed to NPCL at Greater Noida but due to the negligence of few officials of NPCL and their relations with Builders the electricity charges are being manipulated through Builders Meters and software's used for those Electric Meters.

   We are staying at Supertech Czar suites Plot No GH 02 Omicron I Greater Noida and the Electricity supplied till the Complex is by NPCL and the inside Electric Designs and manipulations thereof are being taken care by Supertech management. The Builder has installed his own meters which are of Chinese make and the Cost wont be more than Rs 1000/- but he has charged Rs 28800/- Per flat from 1920 Flats and he has been using a software to manipulate the electric Charges for which several times Residents have approached but no response from the builder. Further the Builder is not providing any electricity Bill after repeated reminders for the last three years.

  We request your kind self to instruct the concerned Authority at Greater Noida including NPCL Senior officials to intervene .check and correct these manipulations and harassments to the General Public

  Also we would like to inform you that the Builder has also charged Rs 28800/- towards water Connection Charges and promised to deliver the water from the Greater Noida authority Lines but so far he has been providing water from bore wells and keeps on digging New bore wells without taking permissions from GNIDA In a short run the Builder is escaping these needs in this manner but what will happen once the Builder leaves this Premises the Residents will be left with these needs.

We request you to please order and instruct the GNIDA to look into these Electrical and water issues. Further also ask GNIDA and NPCL to look and correct these activities.
