Dear Leenuji

   We hope that our issue of registration of our flats at Supertech Nicolas Tower of Supertech Czar Suites  situated at Omicron I Plot NO GS 2 Greater Noida has  till now not received Completion Certificate and the Builder has already provided possession in the said Tower since more than a Year and you could understand that how worried are all of us who have purchased the flats with our Hard Money and several of them are still paying Heavy EMIs.

 We request your kind self to inform us why there is a delay in providing the CC to the Appartment you are sitting at a Chair wherein you are supposed to inform the Public about the reasons which you are never informing us. Further Our Team from will be meeting Shortly the DM and Register a Complaint about the delay in getting the CC and also We will file RTI shortly in your Office to understand the delay which is required by our Advocate.

We are all waiting for the Completion Certificate so that the Registration of the Flats can be completed which is alraedy delayed for an year after possession due to in availability of the Completion Certificate.

  As you are aware that we are all middle class Salaried persons who have put their savings together along with heavy Bank loans utilizing a big sum of our salaries as EMI's for repayment and are in a very tight financial position and the increase in the Circle Rate is only increasing the Situation from Tensed to Worse but still have a feeling that you officers are all there to help us out from this situation by processing the Completion Certificate at your end

  We have already submitted our application in this regard on 07th Jan-2015 in the Meeting with the CEO Mr Harish Kumar Verma we expressed our concern and worry for the completion Certificate and also submitted the Letters signed by 63 residents of the Tower who have taken possession and have shifted into the flats and The CEO has marked the file to you ( The File Number is 1225 Dt 07th Jan-2015).

  We hope your kind self will surely look into this matter and instruct the processing of the Completion Certificate without further delaying and helping all the Residents to overcome out of the worse situation to a Happy enjoying life by Registering their Flats.
