  It is a very wise decesion to inform and advice that unapproved flat owners and others to apply for refund with the consumer Court as it is well known that so far there is nothing either from GNIDA or UP Urban Ministry to support Supertech and both of them have submitted their documents with the Allahabad High Court and expressed their inability to approve the extra constructed flats hence now the Court has nothing in favour of Supertech to provide any positive decesion and Court will keep the earlier decesion and the builder may have to appeal with Supreme Court but only time will be spent as Supreme Court is also not going to provide any relief hence we appreciate your advice as very much valid and one must apply for refund before the builder declares himself as bankrupt 

Please let us know if we can be helpful in any manner except helping the builder corruptions

1. full refund of principle amount with 18% interest.

2. rs 10 lakhs as compensation for mental agony

3. Rs 50000 to be given to all complainants as litigation expense.
