DUMMY SECURITIES ARE BEING APPROVED BY BUILDERS POSING CRITICAL SECURITY ISSUES TO THE RESIDENTS

Hi Mr. Naresh sharma

  It seems you people are not at all bothered about the security of the residents. You have recently changed the Security at Czar and the current scenario is very serious and you need to take call on the same.

  The Security has several issues which I have spoken to their Business Development Manager Mr Khan but he says nothing could happen as we have a Confirmed Contract for Next 10 Years at Czar.

I am highlighting the critical issues as below:

1- The Security Agency looks to be a fake one as the website address as printed over their Printing Cards Open a One Page website with Contact Addresses which are incorrect.  www.quickmanservices.com

 The Mobile Number provided when called seems to be picked by someone out of the Country and being answered as if the recipient is in Afghanistan to be checked by the Police Department Noida as per the screen shot of the Website Provided below:

2- The second Number provided seems to be incorrect as the Number is not complete.

3- There are two email addresses on the website which I have used in the To field in this email and hope atlaest they are not incorrect if I get a reply back.

4- The security Guards are always changing and seems as if the Agency is not capable enough to retain the Guards may be the Labour Commissioner in this Email and PF & ESI offices need to check the employee records.

5- The Security Guards uniform looks very new as if bought Today only but the face inside that uniform does not look friendly and looks like some Suspicious character and this need to be checked by our Police department who have to certify their background and only those to be employed as there could be some with a criminal background very dangerous for any one of us.

6- The Guards are always without a Photo I Card

7- The Age of the Guard also seems sometimes to be a Very Senior Citizen and sometimes seems a minor this to be checked by the DLC or ALC from Labour Commissioner office.

8- Further this Agency has also informed on the website that they are Registered under the Companies Act as such need to be cross checked from Registrar of Societies.

9- We have also witnessed that everyday on the Out Main Gate there is a New Vacancy Recruitment for these Guards is happening to be stopped immediately as we are looking for Experienced  & Trained Guards and not employing daily wages workers.

10- Also the Guards have a attitude and behavior issues as they don't wish any of the Residents.

11- Also we have observed recently that several times Strangers have walked into the Flats without any information from the Security Gates. 

Yesterday Night I literally saw a Security Guard a very New Face and this happened earlier as well and He was so New That he could not recognize or understand the Residents in the tower and was also not having any I Card and when his Business Development Manager was called he purposefully was not lifting the call and than picked it once to say that please talk to Supertech and than he disconnected.

Also I called Mr. Naresh sharma who loves to be called Commander Naresh Sharma but I will still call him Mr. Naresh Sharma as I did not find anything special in him to address him Commander as he is always not responding with different reasons and I don't think a Person who is like this has to be called Commander.

I request the SSP Gautam Budh Nagar to instruct his Team to check this Security Agency as this involves Security of the Residents of his Domain. Also I request the Deputy Labour Commissioner and Assistant Labour Commissioners to instruct or check the Agency against all Registrations and Compliances along with the PF Inspector and ESI Officer.

 I have also spoken to the Director Projects who says that this is Controlled by Mr. R K Arora's nephew Mr. Nishant Arora and his Team as such he cannot do much on it.

I request the SSP and DLC to collectively instruct their staff and officers to check & verify all the docs of this Agency including individual backgrounds Education as well as Criminal.
