SECURITY CONCERNS AT SUPERTECH CZAR SUITES AND SUGGESTIONS TO CONTINUE OR MAY HAVE TO LEAVE YOUR CHOICE

Hi Concerned

  The Security System at Czar has become Hopeless. Please look into the below Highlighted Points and let us know by when can we expect a firm solution on these.

1- Main Gate Entrance Strangers and Visitors are all allowed from both the Entry Gates whereas several times the Owners are stopped please make sure that Strangers/Visitors and Rental Tenants are stopped and only after Proper inquiry to be sent inside.

2- All Visitors before allowing inside the Czar to be informed where to Park their Car and this is the Joint Responsibility of the Main Entry Gate Security Guard and Tower Guard where the Visitor is going.

3- During Evening Time which is the Peak Hour of the Residents coming back from their work the Tower Guards to be stationed Outside the towers to make sure that Cars are Parked as per the Numbered Planning.

4-During the Peak Hour of Evening a special Patrol Guard to be on Duty to check that No Car is being Parked at a Place which is a Road creating problem to the other Residents.

5- New Guards who are not familiar with the Residents staying inside not to be stationed inside the Towers till the Time they become familiar and they to be always be with the Main Supervisors at the Main Gate to learn and gain information about the Residents.

6- No Guard is supposed to Deliver any Food item or any other service to any of the Resident except in Emergencies or to Senior Citizens or Handicapped Residents.

7- During the Duty Hour No Guard is supposed to read Newspapers or talking on Phones for a longer Time or playing Video Games over the Phones.

8- Proper Uniform along with a Identity Card and Name is mandatory.

9- Please do not employ Guards with either lower and Tender Age or looking Very Old

10- In case of any arguments or Debates concerning Security lapses the Security to immediately speak to their Supervisors rather than being an Audience or participant .

11- No Guard to be deployed on duty for more than one shift either in same Tower or different Ones.

12- Also suggest that in the eve of Winters and Dark Nights if possible than after 11:00 PM if Only One Entry Gate could be used for In and Out Both rather than keeping two separate Gates ( Gate No 1 & gate No 3) this will provide additional security to the Complex as only One Gate need to be  Monitored from 11:00 PM till 5:00 AM in the Morning and the Guards of the second Gate could be used for Patrolling with less Risks and better Security for whole Czar. The Last Point no 12 was only a Suggestion and this needs Approval from all the Facility, AOA and Other Residents.

13- I have given only my View on Security different People may have different Opinions as such instead of criticizing any process please come out with better ideas and highlight the same as it could happen I might have left something which you may add.

The above action plan if not followed than it will be tough for the Security to carry on further as We may go legal with the available incidents and are aware that Security Could be changed and does not require any permissions from the Builder or his Sister Concerns.
