Legal Process initiation against Supertech for over delay in acquiring Completion Certificate resulting in Non Registration of flats

Dear All

   This is to inform all of you that we had enough of stories related to Completion Certificate and Registration of Flats. Further also assume that neither Supertech nor any Registered body is doing anything in this regard. Hence We are filing legal case against Supertech and its Director and Senior Officials who are responsible for this.

The Process is a Three Stage Process as below:

Step 1 A collective legal Notice will be served to all the Directors and Officials through Registered Post addressed not only to their Official address but also to their Residential Address.

Step 2 A Legal Criminal Case against the Directors and Senior Officials for Breach of Trust and Fraud & Cheating innocent buyers with false commitment of getting the Registration done within 30 Days of making Full & final Payment and Possession demanding court to Arrest the concerned persons and award them punishment and instruct the GNIDA to communicate the right picture.

Step 3 A Case in Consumer Court for over delay in Registration of Flat and harassment & torture seeking Compensation for the same.

The above Process is not having any Legal Time Bound Restrictions as such any one of you could be a participant to this if you feel and want to.

The Courts in all nature are situated in Greater Noida itself .

Approximate Cost for the above Process will be as below which will be divided between all of the Participants

Cost for step 1 will be approximately between 15 to 20 thousand, Completion immediate requires two to three days

Cost for Step 2 will be a Breakup of Filing and Hearing of Trial amounting to Rs 30 to 40 thousand approx. Pressurising the Builder to Compensate the Agony and harassments, requires a time of One to three Months.

Cost of Step 3 will be again around Rs 40 thousand approx.

The above costs are taken on a approx. hearings of 4 to 5 per Court.

The date of Filing these Proceedings has been finalised and it will start from Next week ie 14 th Feb 2016.

We have already received three Names who have agreed to proceed for this activity as such We will wait till 14th Feb in case if anybody else wants to Join. Further in any manner the Process will start by End of 14th Feb irrespective of the number of Persons.

Note: For transparency purpose We all will meet the Legal Lawyer and also the Payment will be made through Bank to make it more Authenticate as Cash transactions will be more prone to corruption.

Also the Compensation will be shared by only the Participants of this Legal Process and the same is their Right .
