Dear Rajivji

As per Todays meeting held at Nicolas Tower you are aware that in future the issues of Nicolas Residents will be addressed by Residents of Nicolas and by nobody else as we do not support any AOA as the same was has been informed by Residents Crowd in Todays meeting.

Please find the Major Points discussed and provide your comments and finish dates,

1- water Dispenser at Lobby

2-Sitting arrangement of Security Guard Table & Chair to be replaced with Podium

3-Provisioning of 2Nos Lifts in purview of Extra 8 Floors Constructed.

4-Earthing to be checked throughout Nicolas Flats.

5-Water Tank Cleaning Process every Month and to be completed in the presence of few Residents.

6-Power Cut Log books to be Shared.

7-Ground floor gallery Dogs Entering through Grills to be closed with either Sheets or Wall.

8- All Floors Gallery to be Closed with nice mesh so that Monkeys don't enter from there.

10- Nicolas I Painting Outside and Inside to be Done.

11- Bees Chatta at 2nd Floor as shown to be Cleaned.

12- All Corner flats 870Sq Feet Flats to be fixed with Iron Grills as shown by you and finalised by us.

13- All Kitchen Window Glasses to be fixed with Film for Privacy.

14- All main Doors to be replaced with Good and Heavy Lock.

15- Flat No 103 to be Cleaned and kept empty.

16- all workers to be frisked and checked for Gutka and other such items.

17- Few of the Floors to be Fixed with Jali where it is still Pending.

18- all Shafts to be covered with PVS as suggested by you .

19-AMC docs of Nicolas Lifts.

20- One Lift Man to be made available at Nicolas Lift for Next One Month.

Please add any other point discussed

You are requested to please provide a resolution date for the above issues.

Flat No 207 needs to be Cleaned and kept empty, It seems missed in sheet (we already discussed about this in meeting).
