   I am also with you and feel like that you must lodge a FIR against the Director, Project director and other Concerned for harassing you and demanding all kinds of invalid charges. Please let me know in case if you are willing to do so than I will help you in this regard

My unit no is 1107, Nikolas 2, Supertech Czar, Greater Noida,  CRN is 1051763. Despite of reminders, i have not received the clarification of the below points;

1. I have not received any possession letter so far. I am in receipt of Pre-Possession Letter which was never claimed as "Offer of Possession".

2.The letters were sent marking "Without Prejudice", please confirm the reason.

3. Calculations of any page does not match with each other. Please explain.

4. Delay possession penalty is nowhere mentioned in Pre Possession Letter. Please confirm how you calculated it as 12+6 months.

5. The FAR has been increased after my flat purchase, hence i need the calculation of Super Area in the project.

6. You can offer possession only after obtaining OC/CC as this is the basic requirement for possession.

7. Please confirm the date/period of interest levied, as there is no clarification till date. Despite of reminders in 2012 & 2014, i was unable to receive my own account statement.

8. Farmer agitation charges calculation is requested on your letter head so that i can understand my contribution towards farmer agitation charges.

9. I had visited the flat and around area of project but was not able to see any marking for open parking. Hence, parking lot number is required in writing.
10. Reason for advance maintenance charges is required as IFMS has been already paid. Is there any interest being paid to RWA against these charges. Calculation of charges & period from when it is going to be considered is nowhere mentioned. RWA can not decide & referred as i have not been offered possession till date.

11. Reason for all other charges including Power Back up, Water Connection & Labour Welfare charges as I bough my flat in Down Payment Scheme and the total amount includes all the charges towards buying the flat.

 

It is requested to answer the aforesaid points in the same chronology, in order to understand that all points are answered. It is requested to please re-look into the matter & recalculate the charges judiciously.
