cytoseg script

Hi Willy,

There's a script here that should work:

cytoseg:~/cytoseg-read-only/cytoseg/testing

You can use:

python hpf_mito_crbs.py

to start it.

Using it should just be a matter of setting the paths to image stacks of
interest.
