How to do edge thickness/weight?

I'm trying to build a graph that has different edge thicknesses or
weight. How can I accomplish this with Cytoscape Web?

You need to set the visual style with some mapper for edge weight.

Hey, thanks for your response. To be clear, would setting that allow
me to specify different thicknesses? I have a network where I want
some edges to be thin and others to be thick, etc. What do I need to
do to do that? The visual styles seems to suggest that it would be a
global width. Can this be set through the XML? I am generating the XML
from a large dataset. Thanks

Data in your graph is available in the data field for nodes and edges.  You can use those fields in mappers.  Take a look at the mapper examples and documentation for specifics.  If you have trouble with the concept of accessing graph data and using it in visual styles via mappers, I suggest you run through the tutorials, which go over exactly that.
