Cytoscape Web 0.6 release

A new release of Cytoscape Web is available. This version of
Cytoscape Web has among other things the much anticipated edge
weighted layout feature!

To make interactions with Cytoscape Web faster and less intrusive, we
have removed the need for mode switching to pan the network. The user
can now pan by clicking and holding to grab the canvas. Disconnected
components can be grabbed and moved in the same way (just click and
hold any node).

Another useful addition to Cytoscape Web is the data schema feature,
which allows you to more easily access the static data types in the
network schema. This allows you to better handle the data from nodes
and edges in the complex web applications you can build around
Cytoscape Web.

We are sure that these and other enhancements will improve your
experience with using Cytoscape!
