Cytoscape Web 1.0 release

This marks the release of Cytoscape Web version 1.0.  This is a hallmark release based on the stability of the project.  We feel that the library is now relatively bug-free that it merits this milestone.

We would like to thank our users and partners for their continued contributions to the project that have allowed us to progress to this release.

This release adds a minor but useful feature:  A seed can be specified for the force-directed layout such that nodes are positioned deterministically.

The next feature that we will be working on is edge bend points for a future release and we will continue to fix bugs as they are reported. We are also experimenting with implementing Cytoscape Web using alternate web technologies, such as HTML/SVG, so watch for future announcements in that area.
