Today marks the second beta release of Cytoscape.js. We have fixed some bugs in the library and we have made many performance improvements. Cytoscape.js is already very stable, and we will continue to add new features -- notably compound node support -- towards the final 2.0.0 release.
We are also proud to announce a minor release of Cytoscape Web that fixes some minor issues. We are still continuing to support Cytoscape Web without adding new features, but we encourage you to try out the newer HTML5 Cytoscape.js.
