Cytoscape Web is participating in Google Summer of Code under Natural Resource for Network Biology on the GSOC website.

As many of you know, Google Summer of Code is an opportunity for students to get hands-on experience in open-source projects, while getting compensation from Google.

We have several ideas to act as inspiration for applicants in making their applications, but feel free to suggest your own ideas.  If you know anyone who would be interested in contributing to Cytoscape Web -- in particular the upcoming HTML5 Cytoscape Web 2 -- please pass on this information.
