We are pleased to release Cytoscape Web 0.5!
It has new shapes - the "V" node shape and the "ARROW" arrow shape -
in order to increase compatibility with Cytoscape, and the ability to
draw loops (edges that connect a node to itself).
We have also improved the XGMML import and export feature, by handling
list data types in a better way, and adding support to XGMML's
"labelanchor" attribute for nodes.
You will notice some minor improvements and bug fixes as well.
We would like to thank all the users that have been helping us to
build a better Cytoscape Web, by reporting bugs, requesting new
features and sending suggestions.
Please try out the new version and keep sending us your comments.
