Cytoscape Web 0.8 release

We're proud to announce the release of a new version of Cytoscape Web.
This release adds some great new features, such as:

- Compound nodes (i.e. nodes within nodes), including a compound node
layout algorithm, thanks to the i-Vis Information Visualization
Research Group (http://www.cs.bilkent.edu.tr/~ivis/) of Bilkent
University.
We have also added a new tutorial to the website to get you started
with compound nodes.

- The new addElements() function is much faster than using addNode()
and addEdge() to add many elements.

- dragstart and dragstop events.
