I just started using cluego and I am able to get functional annotation information for my input genes. However, it does not tell me which of my input genes are part of which functional process. My input is flybase ids for Drosophila genes. I do get gene names for the output functional processes. But how do I get which of my query terms are part of which process. Kindly advice.

Hi Charles,
you can either see this directly on the network if you have CluePedia installed and click on "Show Associated" genes first attached figure, or you can download all result tables see the second image attached. When you click on the button a results folder will be created containing all results.
