Hello all,

We are a startup using Cytoscape a little bit outside of the normal area. We visualize social interactions and need help preparing data to be consumed with an app that can show the evolution of the network over time.

If you are familiar with such an app and know how to prepare the data to see how nodes are added, edges appear, and format can be changed based on different events (or triggers), or if you know someone who has the experience, please reach out to me directly.

We are looking to hire someone to complete this part of our project.

Thanks,

Lucas E. Wall

I do not have experience with this, but I can point you to some related apps for Cytoscape. You might find expertise based on the authors and users of these apps….

For example, you can click on “citation” for each of these apps and see the papers that cite them.

The first two are designed for molecular data, but *may* be generalizable. The third one is a generic animation tool and interpolates changes between any key frames of networks that you provide, making a movie from them.
