stringApp returns "no results"

Hello,

When I running a STRING protein query search there are no results returned.

Your query returned no results

It does not matter what identifier or how many I specify, what the confidence, nor interactor values are. Cytoscape spends about 1 second "getting annotations" and then returns with no results. Is this a problem with the stringApp, Cytoscape, connectivity, or just me?

   Your query is certainly working for me, so I'm not sure what might be going on.  Are you behind a firewall of some sort?
